ECSU delays opening by two hours on November 13, 2009 Elizabeth City State University will delay it’s opening by two hours so the first class will begin at 10 a.m. on November 13, 2009. Essential personnel should report to work at their regular time on November 13. Shuttle bus service will be provided from ECSU residence halls and Microtel to Bedell Hall throughout the day on November 13. The service will continue until the cafeteria closes at it’s normal time at 7:30 p.m. The Mickey L. Burnim Fine Arts Center at Elizabeth City State University will be closed on November 13. Classes and activities scheduled for that building are canceled. The building will be closed due to ongoing renovations there and inclement weather.
