ECSU delays opening by 2 hours on Friday, September 3

Based on the current weather information, we can expect 35 - 45 mph winds in Pasquotank and Camden Counties between 10 p.m. – midnight tonight.  The winds should diminish by sunrise or in the early morning hours on Friday. As a result, ECSU will delay opening by 2 hours. Classes will begin at 10 a.m. and the university will open at 10 a.m. Essential employees are expected to report to the university at their regularly scheduled hours.

At this time, there is no change in the hours of  Weekend/Evening classes for Saturday, September 4, 2010.

Please remain alert for additional updates. ECSU will place updates on its website (www.ecsu.edu), the university radio station, (WRVS-FM 89.9) and the university TV station (channel 18 if viewing on campus or channel 22 if viewing via Time Warner Cable)   should a change in operating hours or other university services become necessary. University Relations and Marketing will also distribute notices via university e-mail accounts should any changes in operating hours become necessary.

2.       Click on the “ECSU ALERT”  button at the bottom right corner of the homepage.    

3.     Click on ECSU PIER SITE from left menu.
