			<title>ECSU delays opening by 2 hours on Friday, September 3</title>

<p align="center"><strong>ECSU delays opening by 2 hours on Friday, September 3</strong></p>
<p>Based on the current weather information, we can expect 35 - 45 mph winds in Pasquotank and Camden Counties between 10 p.m. &ndash; midnight tonight.&nbsp; The winds should diminish by sunrise or in the early morning hours on Friday. As a result, ECSU will delay opening by 2 hours. Classes will begin at 10 a.m. and the university will open at 10 a.m. Essential employees are expected to report to the university at their regularly scheduled hours.</p>
<p>At this time, there is no change in the hours of &nbsp;Weekend/Evening classes for Saturday, September 4, 2010.</p>
<p>Please remain alert for additional updates. ECSU will place updates on its website (<a href="http://www.ecsu.edu/">www.ecsu.edu</a>), the university radio station, (WRVS-FM 89.9) and the university TV station (channel 18 if viewing on campus or channel 22 if viewing via Time Warner Cable)&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="text-decoration: underline;">should </span>a change in operating hours or other university services become necessary. University Relations and Marketing will also distribute notices via university e-mail accounts should any changes in operating hours become necessary.</p>

<p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Click on ECSU PIER SITE from left menu.</p>
<p>&nbsp;Information will also be available at 335-3400.</p>
